As a Christian, my goal is to integrate faith with evidence-based practices to guide others toward balanced, vibrant living by assessing the bio-individual needs of each client. I offer a compassionate, individualized approach that honors God's design for the body and encourages stewardship of our health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking, exploring new places through travel, and reading - especially books that strengthen both my faith and practice. These experiences refresh my spirit and inspire me to serve others with compassion and purpose.
